Shipping 💌
When will my order ship?
All orders placed in February will ship Sunday, March 2nd. I ship orders once a month to better balance the shop, life, and my disabilities. Thank you for your patience 💙
The 2025 shipping schedule is (order month - ship date):
- January - February 2nd
- February - March 2nd
- March - April 5th
- April - May 4th
- May - June 1st
- June - July 6th
- July - August 3rd
- August - September 7th
- September - October 5th
- October - November 2nd
- November & December - December 7th (Shop closes for the year on December 6th)
Where is your shop based?
My shop is based in the United States.
Where do you ship?
I ship to all countries that accept USPS packages except for the following:
- EU (due to GPSR)
- Northern Ireland (due to GPSR)
- UK (due to VAT requirements)
- Germany (due to German Packaging Act (VerpackG))

What are your shipping rates?
- USA: $5
- Canada: $10
- International: $14
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
US orders can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
Please allow up to 4 weeks of delay due to postage issues. If you haven't received your order after allocating for this delay, please let me know so we can work together to resolve the issue.
Orders 📦
Can I cancel or return my order?
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
My package is lost / arrived damaged - What do I do?
I'm super sorry to hear that! Please reach out to me using the contact form on my contact page and I will respond to get it sorted out ASAP. Be sure to your order number in your message to speed up the resolution process.
I will happily replace damaged items (if possible). For missing orders, I will check that they weren't shipped back to me. If they were, I'll pay to reship the order to the same or a different address. If the package is truly lost, you will have to place a new order.
I received the wrong item with my order
I'm so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to me using the contact form on my contact page, and I will respond to get it sorted out ASAP. Be sure to your order number in your message to speed up the resolution process. No need to send the wrong item back.
Can I exchange an item?
All sales are final and are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.
